Terms

10% of purchase price to be paid at contract meeting. Advance payment, including accrued interest will be at the sellers disposal. The remaining amount of purchase price is to be paid within 3 weeks after required pre-sales is reached.
In the event that required number of lots are not sold within 1 year, the buyer can cancel the deal and advanced payment will be reimbursed in full from the client account.

The property is sold ”as is” according to Norwegian law of selling, "Avhendingsloven" (avhl) § 3-9.
The buyer can not invoke any other regulation according to the above mentioned law, § 3-9. Even though the property is sold "as is", the property will still have faults according to § 3-7 and § 3-8 of the same law (incorrect and insufficient information). The property is also considered faulty if it is found to be in a substantially worse condition than the buyer had reasons to assume based on purchase price and other information.

The lots are sold at a fixed price. If, after a viewing, you would like to purchase a property (lot), please submit your offer to purchase in writing.
The offer must include information on financing, and the offer is legally binding.
